Job Description Purpose We are seeking aSenior Analystto join the Finance Transformation team.

This Senior Analyst will playan integral role in supporting the implementation of AI and advanced technology solutions to drive innovation and efficiency across Finance. The positionwillcollaborate closely with cross-functional teams-includingtheBusiness Technology Systems (BTS) organization, data scientists, projectmanagers, and business stakeholderstoidentifyAIand Automationopportunities,assistwith deployment strategies, and help integrate AI technologies into business processes. Responsibilities Supports the execution of the strategic direction for AI deploymentwithin Finance, working with leadership and stakeholders tooperationalizeproof of concepts, and larger programdeployments. Engages business partners toidentifyand prioritize AI use cases; help assess feasibility, risks, and value creation opportunities. Collaborates withstakeholdersto help ensure AI solutions are developed and implemented in alignment with relevant regulations, privacy, and ethical standards. Helps define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI projects;assistin evaluating success, impact, and areas for improvement. Participates in the development and operationalization of AI deployment roadmaps and strategies; prepare status updates for management as needed. Builds andmaintains relationships with internalteamsand external vendors to stay informed on AI trends and best practices. Assists with change management, training, and communications to encourage adoption and understanding of AI technologies. Stays up to date on AI advancements and support continuous improvement within the teams AI processes. Coordinates with project managers and technical staff to enable effective integration of AI solutions into business workflows. Mentors and supports a culture of innovation and collaboration. Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, business, ora relatedfield.

Mastersdegree is a plus. 4+ years of experience in data analytics, AI/ML projects, automation, or technology-enabled business transformation. Strong business acumen anddemonstratedability to align technology and AI projects with organizationalobjectives. Proven data science knowledge or hands-on experience isrequired, including familiarity with machine learning, data analysis, and AI methodologies in real-world business settings. Experience managing or supporting projects involving multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to work with both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong financial acumen and familiarity with financial systems and processes. Demonstrated adaptability in fast-paced or changing environments. Passion for continuous improvement and staying updated on industry trends. Ability to get results through collaboration and coordination with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external. Individualcompensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location,andwemay ultimatelypay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in thefuture. This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentiveprograms.
