Data Scientist I - Data Science & Machine Learning

Bartech Staffing is proud to partner with a large Agriculture client who is accepting applications for a Power Platform Developer. This is a contractual opportunity , onsite in the Quad Cities Area (Open to various locations). As a Power Platform Developer, you will focus on designing, building, and deploying automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite-including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio Agents. The ideal candidate will help accelerate digital transformation across frontline workflows and internal operations.

Location :

Quad Cities Area, Des Moines or Waterloo Hourly Pay Range $55 per hour - $56 per hour (W2) Responsibilities Build automation flows with Power Automate to streamline manual processes Create custom applications using Power Apps to support operational efficiency Develop intelligent agents using Copilot Studio for targeted business use cases Design and implement Generative AI models and systems tailored to business needs. Stay current with emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and data science. Lead end-to-end development of AI solutions-from data ingestion to model deployment. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions Participate in periodic reviews and demos to showcase solution impact Document development processes and maintain solution integrity across environments

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools Familiarity with Copilot Studio and conversational AI agent design Proven experience in developing and deploying AI solutions in a business environment. Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or similar frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
