Work with teams to understand workflows and uncover inefficiencies. Identify where AI, automation, or process improvements can make work easier and more effective. Recommend, configure, pilot, and help deploy approved AI solutions. Help Nex-Tech get the most value from tools like Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Salesforce, Certinia, ADP, Calix, and emerging AI technologies. Evaluate new AI tools based on value, cost, security, scalability, and business fit. Help employees understand how to use AI effectively and responsibly. Create reusable AI resources, playbooks, standards, and best practices. Partner across departments to move AI ideas from problem solution measurable results. You Could Be a

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, a related field, or equivalent experience. Three years of related business analysis, process improvement, or technology implementation experience is preferred.
