We are looking for leaders at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence strategy and the scaling of AI and Machine Learning Operations capabilities Your key responsibilities As an AI Senior, you will be joining a dynamic and interdisciplinary team of scientists and engineers who love to tackle the most challenging computational problems for our clients. We love to think creatively, build applications efficiently, and collaborate in both the ideation of solutions and the pursuit of new opportunities. Many on our team have advanced academic degrees or equivalent experience in industry. You will be primarily responsible for leading the development and execution of AI strategies for our clients. Skills and attributes for success This role will work to deliver tech at speed, innovate at scale and put humans at the center. Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with team members with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services focusing on more complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues surrounding emerging technology. Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Developing and executing a comprehensive AI Strategy that aligns with the client's goals, mission and vision Collaborating with AI engineers and data scientists in delivery of modern Machine Learning and AI solutions for clients Staying abreast of AI technology trends and provide directional guidance and recommendations around ModelOps tools and solutions that fit their needs and integrate with their existing ecosystem Applying combined business and technical knowledge to develop and execute ModelOps target architecture that enables implementation and monitoring of AI at scale Collaborating with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, MLOps Engineers, DevOps to implement and sustain solutions in the client's platform of choice Staying abreast of industry trends, technology innovations and AI regulatory requirements across the globe Understanding clients' overall data, AI and technology landscape and business priorities and success measures Strong team collaboration and experience working with a diverse team in a hybrid model (on site and remote) Working on large-scale client engagements. Fostering relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Consistently delivering quality client services. Driving high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget Collaborating, influencing and building consensus through constructive relationships and effective listening Solving problems by incorporating data into decision making To qualify for the role, you must have Bachelor's degree, or MS degree in Business or Economics, Technology Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, Informatics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or Machine Learning Minimum of 2-3+ years of professional consulting experience in business or technology consulting or similar roles Experience using Generative AI models and frameworks e.g. OpenAI family, open source LLMs, Dall-e, LlamaIndex, Langchain, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). Experience working with popular ML packages such as scikit-learn, Pytorch and ONNX, or related ML libraries. A solid understanding of Machine Learning (ML) workflows including ingesting, analysing, transforming data and evaluating results to make meaningful predictions. Experience with MLOps methods and platforms such as MLFlow. Strong skills in Python. Experience with CI/CD and test-driven development. Understanding of data structures, data modelling and software engineering best practices. Proficiency using data manipulation tools and libraries such as SQL, Pandas, and Spark. Clearly communicating findings, recommendations, and opportunities to improve data systems and solutions. Willingness to travel to meet client obligations. Strong knowledge of AI technologies and frameworks Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Team player Ideally, you'll also have Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards related to AI ethics, privacy, and data protection Working experience with Agile and/or Scrum methods of delivery Working experience with design led thinking Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, NVIDIA or Snowflake Certifications in the Data & AI domain A deep understanding of and ability to teach concepts, tools, features, functions, and benefits of different approaches to apply them. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $106,900 to $176,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $128,400 to $200,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
