This AI Engineer position is a highly technical role focused on designing, building, and scaling production-ready AI applications that power real business and customer-facing experiences. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on expertise developing AI systems, with a particular focus on integrating large language models into robust backend architectures using modern engineering practices. This is not a role for someone whose AI experience is limited to using ChatGPT or experimenting with prompts. The organization is seeking an engineer who has built, deployed, operated, and optimized AI-powered applications in production environments. You'll work across the full lifecycle of AI systems, from architecture and model orchestration through deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
