8+ Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, deep learning, and cloud-based AI platforms. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, data scientists, architects, and engineering teams to build enterprise-grade AI solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications. Build and optimize Generative AI and LLM-based applications using modern AI frameworks. Develop NLP, deep learning, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems. Integrate AI models into production environments using APIs and microservices. Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets for model training and evaluation. Implement MLOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and performance tuning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategy and technical architecture. Ensure scalability, security, governance, and ethical AI compliance across solutions. Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) and evaluate emerging AI technologies. Required Skills Strong experience in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and NLP libraries. Hands-on expertise with Generative AI, LLMs, LangChain, vector databases, and RAG architectures. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP AI services. Knowledge of ML model deployment, Docker, Kubernetes, and REST APIs. Experience with data engineering tools and big data technologies. Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, deep learning, and data modeling. Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have Experience with AI governance and responsible AI frameworks. Exposure to multi-agent AI systems and AI automation platforms. Certifications in AI/ML or cloud technologies. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field. Experience working in enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives.
