Job Description
Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
- Develop and integrate artificial intelligence capabilities and agentic workflows into operational systems using Python, LangGraph, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools.
- Connect diverse data sources and external REST APIs to enable scalable and interoperable system solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure AI tools are robust, stable, and production-ready.
Qualifications & Compensation:
Degree:
Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Years of experience: 3+ years
Total Compensation:
$220k+ yearly
- Develop agentic integrations in Python leveraging multiple AI models, APIs, and data sources in production.
- Build custom tools and multi-agent workflows utilizing modern frameworks such as LangGraph and Pydantic.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit technical requirements and devise effective software solutions.
- Navigate complex data structures to identify, extract, and manipulate relevant information.
- Apply AI engineering concepts including prompt engineering, context management, structured outputs, and function calling.
- Perform testing, identify system issues, and recommend robust remediation paths.
- Utilize Git for version control alongside collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Support containerized deployments and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab.
