You'll work across a broad range of initiatives, combining stakeholder partnership, advanced analytics, and BI expertise to drive measurable business impact.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Data Analyst will:
- Translating business challenges into structured analytical approaches and recommendations.
- Building and enhancing self-service reporting and dashboard capabilities.
- Developing high-quality BI solutions that improve decision-making across the business.
- Supporting strategic analytics initiatives focused on customer behaviour, growth, and product performance.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, risks, and trends.
- Delivering clear data storytelling that influences business outcomes.
- Contributing to the ongoing development of analytics best practices and analytical maturity.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong commercial experience in data analytics within a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced SQL skills and a strong analytical mindset.
- Experience building dashboards, reporting solutions, and self-service analytics.
- Strong BI expertise, ideally using Looker, Omni, or similar modern BI platforms.
- Experience supporting experimentation and A/B testing initiatives.
- Exposure to dbt or analytics engineering methodologies.
- Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making through data.
- Python experience is beneficial but not essential.

ANALYTICS ENGINEER LONDON/HYBRID UP TO
£80,000 This is an exciting opportunity for an Analytics Engineer to take ownership of the full data lifecycle within a growing, data-driven business. You'll work across analytics engineering, data engineering, and business intelligence, helping shape how data powers decision-making, product development, and commercial growth.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Analytics Engineer will:
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines from source systems through to analytics-ready datasets
- Develop scalable and well-documented transformation pipelines using dbt and BigQuery
- Write and maintaining Python-based data ingestion and automation processes
- Create dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks to support commercial, marketing, and product teams
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Monitor data quality and identifying opportunities to improve platform performance and scalability
- Support the adoption of self-service analytics across the organisation
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong commercial experience with Google Cloud Platform, particularly BigQuery and related cloud services
- Hands-on expertise with dbt, including testing, documentation, and data modelling
- Advanced SQL skills with experience optimising queries and building analytical datasets
- Strong Python skills for data extraction, automation, and orchestration
- Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using BI tools such as Looker Studio, Metabase, or similar
- Familiarity with Git, version control, and modern engineering practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of projects from inception to delivery
