The AI Advisor serves as a strategic consultant to the client and the Artificial Intelligence Division, providing expert guidance on emerging AI capabilities and their integration into Department operations. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to shape AI availability and maturity for enterprise capabilities that enhance client efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities Strategic Advisory
  • Provide expert counsel to client leadership on emerging AI technologies, capabilities, and industry trends.
  • Assess and recommend infrastructure, tools, workforce requirements, and skill development strategies needed to leverage cutting-edge AI technologies.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategic recommendations for senior leadership. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
  • Build consensus among diverse stakeholders across technical, operational, and leadership communities.
  • Foster collaborative environments that drive innovation and strategic alignment.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, acquisition professionals, and senior leadership. Technical Implementation & Execution
  • Engage with customer interactions to drive mission requirements and the implementation of technical solutions
  • Utilize AI-oriented programming languages and visualization software to create meaningful insights and dynamic reports
  • knowledge of AI model development, NLP, and ML to extract valuable insights to influence capability development, direction, and scaling.
  • Visualize and interpret AI model outputs and findings, effectively communicating results through detailed reports and presentations
  • Lead the development of dynamic dashboards and reports for monitoring AI systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support AI-driven decision-making processes Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, or a related field
  • Proficiency in AI-oriented programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Extensive experience in AI model development, NLP, and ML techniques Preferred Qualifications
  • 10 years of experience with a Masters (M.S.) or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
  • Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
  • Experience with AI/ML model and data engineering, and database management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex AI insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision-making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions. May be responsible for developing decision support software, services, or products
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers and gather requirements
  • Advanced certifications in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related fields
  • Strong network within the AI, machine learning, and analytics community
  • Proficiency with data pipeline tools (e.g., NiFi, Databricks) that directly feed AI/ML capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently on high-visibility or mission-critical projects Clearance

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
