Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Lead Artificial Intelligence Solutions Consultant to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions. This role will serve as a client-facing technical leader responsible for translating business requirements into scalable AI architectures and driving successful AI platform implementations across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, cloud-native platforms, Generative AI solutions, and large-scale enterprise architecture. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions for complex business challenges. Act as a client-facing solution lead by translating business requirements into scalable AI and cloud-native architectures. Provide technical leadership across Generative AI use cases including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic workflows, model orchestration, and AI platform integration. Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions. Support AI/ML platform strategy, architecture planning, and enterprise AI modernization initiatives. Guide solution design across data management, model deployment, platform integration, and operational workflows. Ensure AI solutions align with enterprise governance, security, compliance, and regulatory standards. Support MLOps and LLMOps implementation practices including CI/CD, model lifecycle management, monitoring, and observability. Provide technical guidance on APIs, SDKs, security controls, data integration, and distributed AI platform performance. Develop executive-level roadmaps, dashboards, and reporting related to AI business impact and risk management. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, platform adoption, and AI solution scalability. Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to business leaders, technical teams, and executive stakeholders. Required Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence or equivalent combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education. Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, solution management, program delivery, or technical product ownership for AI/ML platforms or cloud-native solutions. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with cloud technologies such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure. Experience with container orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift. Strong understanding of enterprise AI solution architecture and scalable platform design. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical AI and cloud solutions. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience across the AI/ML lifecycle including data management, feature engineering, model development, deployment, monitoring, governance, and observability. Experience working in large enterprise or regulated industry environments. Hands-on experience with Generative AI and agentic AI technologies including LLMs, diffusion models, RAG architectures, and AI agents. Familiarity with OpenAI Azure, Hugging Face, LangChain/LangGraph, ADK, and vector database technologies. Experience with MLOps and LLMOps practices including model registry, feature stores, prompt/version management, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and monitoring solutions. Working knowledge of platforms and services such as Vertex AI, BigQuery, OpenShift, IBM CP4D, and distributed model execution platforms. Experience developing executive-level technology roadmaps and business impact dashboards. Strong technical depth related to APIs, SDKs, data contracts, performance optimization, and security controls. Strong negotiation, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
