Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior AI Engineer for a Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Irving, TX or Charlotte, NC. This is an 18+ month contract opportunity.
This role focuses on designing, building, and scaling agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot. The ideal candidate will develop multi-agent systems, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise AI solutions that integrate data, tools, and workflows across the Microsoft ecosystem. This position requires working on a hybrid model, 3 days a week onsite.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement agent orchestration patterns, including multi-agent coordination, task dposition, workflow execution, and tool chaining
Build end-to-end agentic solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
Develop declarative and custom agents
Build orchestration layers for planning, execution, validation, and recovery
Create tool and skill invocation pipelines and ground AI solutions in enterprise data using Microsoft Graph
Develop reusable frameworks and standards within Copilot Studio to enable scalable agent development
Design integrations across Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
Solveplex engineering challenges involving workflow execution, agent collaboration, latency optimization, cost efficiency, and reliability
Establish AI engineering best practices, including prompt management, skill versioning, testing, evaluation strategies, and CI/CD processes
Implement monitoring and observability for agent workflows, including execution tracing, performance metrics, success measurement, and failure analysis responsible AI practices, including policy enforcement, security controls, data privacy, secure tool access, and explainability
Participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions for Copilot and agent-based solutions
Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Engineering, and Platform teams to align solutions with enterprise standards and strategic roadmaps
Requirements:
5 years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or abination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
Deep hands-on experience building AI Agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio
Strong expertise with Microsoft Copilot and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Experience designing and deploying enterprise AI solutions across Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365
Experience buildingplex agentic workflows, agent orchestration, and multi-step business solutions
Experience developing reusable agent frameworks and enterprise AI capabilities
Desired skills:
Deep expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio
Experience building and deploying AI Agents in enterprise environments
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, and Copilot technologies
Experience integrating Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneDrive
Azure AI Foundry experience
Strong background in AI engineering, workflow automation, and agent orchestration
Pay range: $59.53 - $67.53 per hour
