- Job Summary
- The SHI Services AI Change Enablement Consultant plays a critical role in enabling exceptional client experiences with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot agents, and adjacent AI-powered services.

- + Enable clients to build new AI-powered capabilities by leading design-led thinking sessions and discovery workshops that uncover how work gets done, where Copilot can be applied, and why it matters.

- $181,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
