Position Title:
AI Foundations Leader, HLS Location:
New Jersey, NJ.
Duration:
Direct hire.
Job Description :
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field 15+ years of experience in technology leadership across data, cloud, and AI engineering Proven record of leading enterprise AI, GenAI, or agentic programs from architecture through production Deep experience with cloud and data platforms (AWS, Azure, Databricks) and modern data and ML engineering Experience running large, multi-disciplinary, global delivery teams
Pay:
$200,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
Experience:
AI leader : 8 years (Required) Agentic systems: 7 years (Required) enterprise AI, GenAI, or agentic programs : 8 years (Required)
AWS, Azure, Databricks:
10 years (Required) consulting firm: 10 years (Required) Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) : 10 years (Preferred)
