Location Reading, PA Candidate must be willing to be at customer location (Reading, PA) 1-2 times each week.

Your Role AI/ML Technical Lead will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution, leading engineering teams, coordinating onshore and offshore delivery, and ensuring successful deployment of AI solutions. Hands-on experience building production-grade agentic AI applications using Strands Agents Framework, Microsoft Agent Core, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks and implementing enterprise AI assistants, autonomous agents, and AI workflow automation solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solution
• Drive implementation of machine learning models, LLM-powered applications, RAG solutions, and intelligent automation capabilities
• Oversee solution quality, performance, scalability, and operational readiness
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance to development teams
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, and AI governance policies
• Define and implement agent monitoring, observability, evaluation, and optimization practices
• Mentor and guide offshore development teams to ensure quality deliverables and adherence to best practices
• Drive AI solution governance, compliance, security, and responsible AI adoption.

• $160,000 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
