Position Overview Atlas Systems is seeking a highly motivated AI & Full Stack Development Intern to support our innovation, AI, and application development initiatives. This internship is designed for individuals who are passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, web application development, and emerging technologies. The intern will work closely with engineering and business teams to research, prototype, and develop solutions that contribute to Atlas Systems' technology roadmap. The role offers hands-on experience in AI technologies, modern web application development, cloud platforms, and enterprise software environments. Key Responsibilities Participate in AI research, experimentation, and proof-of-concept development. Explore and evaluate emerging technologies in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and automation. Assist in designing and developing modern web applications and user interfaces. Develop front-end components using contemporary JavaScript frameworks and technologies. Support integration of applications with APIs, databases, and cloud services. Build prototypes and demonstration applications for internal innovation initiatives. Conduct technical research and prepare findings, recommendations, and presentations. Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and business stakeholders. Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation activities. Contribute to process improvement and technology evaluation initiatives. Support AI-enabled automation and productivity enhancement projects. Required Qualifications Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Strong interest in software development and emerging technologies. Understanding of programming fundamentals and object-oriented concepts. Familiarity with web application development concepts. Basic knowledge of databases and APIs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies. Preferred Skills Front-End Development HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript. React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar modern front-end frameworks. Responsive web design and UI/UX fundamentals. Experience developing interactive web applications. Full Stack Development Node.js, Python, Java, C#, or similar programming languages. REST APIs and API integrations. SQL and NoSQL databases. Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies. Artificial Intelligence & Emerging Technologies Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). Prompt Engineering. AI Agents and Automation. Machine Learning fundamentals. AI application development and experimentation. Tools & Platforms Git and GitHub. Visual Studio Code or similar development environments. Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. Docker or containerization concepts (preferred). Desired Attributes Curiosity and passion for technology. Strong learning mindset.
