Job Description Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using AWS-native technologies
• Build and maintain backend services and agent orchestration layers in Python
• Utilize Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore to develop scalable GenAI applications
• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise platforms
• Contribute to architecture discussions, proof of concepts, and production implementations
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across AI initiatives
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry best practicesWhat We're Looking For

• Hands-on Generative AI development experience, particularly building AI agents.
• Strong software engineering background with experience across the software development lifecycle.
• Experience developing cloud-native applications.
• Strong Python skills (identified as the primary programming language).
• Experience integrating APIs, tools, and agent-based solutions.
• Ability to work in an enterprise-scale environment.

Preferred

• AWS experience, especially:o Bedrocko AgentCoreo Related GenAI services
• Full-stack engineering experience, though the role is expected to lean more toward backend development.
• JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
• Experience building chatbot or user-facing AI applications.
• Financial services or other large-enterprise experience.
