As a Product Builder, you will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and business strategy-identifying high-value problems, aligning stakeholders, and rapidly delivering AI-powered solutions. This role is ideal for a full-stack builder with strong product instincts who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly from idea to prototype, and ensures what they build drives real adoption.

What You'll Do:

Identify high-impact business and clinical problems and determine what solutions are worth building before development begins Design, build, and deploy full-stack AI-powered applications from data layer through user interface Rapidly prototype solutions and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback Translate complex data into actionable insights using AI, machine learning, and natural language outputs Partner with clinicians, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure solutions drive adoption and value Present prototypes and solutions to leadership, influencing decision-making and product direction Build scalable tools and workflows that improve team efficiency and enable long-term product sustainability

What You Bring:

Strong full-stack engineering capability (experience across data, APIs, and front-end development) Proven track record of building and delivering products used by real users Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and make decisions without fully defined requirements Demonstrated product and business judgment-experience identifying problems and defining solutions, not just executing Experience working with or leveraging AI/ML tools in development workflows Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Ownership mindset with a focus on outcomes, adoption, and business impact
