Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Applied AI/Staff Agent Engineer to join our cutting-edge technology team. Duties Design, develop, and optimize AI models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, and other machine learning tools for scalable deployment in cloud environments like AWS. Lead model training, evaluation, and fine-tuning processes utilizing statistical analysis tools such as R and SAS to ensure high accuracy and robustness. Implement data pipelines with ETL processes, leveraging Talend, Hadoop, Spark, and SQL databases to prepare large datasets for analysis. Develop natural language processing solutions and generative AI models to enhance user interactions and automate content generation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production systems, ensuring scalability and reliability across big data systems. Conduct statistical modeling and predictive analysis to extract actionable insights from complex datasets for research and strategic decision-making. Utilize machine learning cloud services for model deployment, monitoring performance, and continuous improvement of AI solutions. Qualifications Proven experience in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar platforms. Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C, Bash (Unix shell), VBA, or related languages for model development and automation tasks. Extensive knowledge of big data systems including Hadoop, Spark implementation, SQL databases, and data mining techniques. Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI/ML services on AWS or comparable platforms. Expertise in statistical analysis tools like R or SAS for research-driven modeling efforts. Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), generative AI techniques, and predictive modeling analysis. Ability to design scalable database architectures with a focus on database design principles and linked data concepts. Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Looker or similar BI platforms for insights visualization. Strong understanding of AI implementation strategies including model training, evaluation, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
