Responsibilities Develop and implement AI governance standards and frameworks to ensure the responsible, safe, and trusted use of AI across DBS Bank. Create playbooks and learning materials to guide AI use case teams in implementing these AI governance standards and practices. Validate the implementation of AI standards by business and support units. Collaborate with business, AI and technical teams to industrialise AI governance practices and tooling. Facilitate and run bank-wide AI governance processes. Engage stakeholders across business and technology units to foster a culture of responsible AI and provide guidance on AI governance practices. Requirements Degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, or data science 8 to 10 years of experience in technology management, risk management or regulatory compliance Strong understanding of AI technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, GenAI and Agentic AI Expert knowledge of data privacy regulations such as PDPA and emerging AI governance standards Ability to develop practical solutions and provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders Apply Now​ We offera competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of adynamic environment that supports your development and recognises yourachievements.
