$225,000 Per Year Description We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead AI strategy and build transformative solutions across investment and operational functions. This role involves working closely with the CTO and requires a hands-on approach to rapidly develop AI solutions while shaping the firm's strategy and culture. The position is based in Midtown, NY, and requires expertise in modern AI technologies. Key Responsibilities Lead the AI strategy with a clear vision and roadmap. Create a framework to measure AI success and adoption. Enable teams to leverage AI tools independently through a culture of self-service AI. Identify automation opportunities across the firm. Collaborate with teams to integrate AI into existing workflows and systems. Qualifications Proven ability to build and deploy AI solutions rapidly using modern AI tools. Hands-on experience with AI agents and workflow automation frameworks. Proficiency in cloud-based AI ecosystems and data architecture. Exceptional creativity in identifying novel AI applications and translating them into solutions. Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
