Chatham Financial is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our Technology Engagements team. You'll build production software across two tracks: custom AI solutions for Chatham's external clients (private equity firms, real estate investors, capital markets organizations) and internal applications that improve how Chatham operates. This is a hands-on building role. You'll write code every day, working across the full stack to ship applications that solve real business problems. The work spans client-facing platforms, workflow automation tools, and internal apps built in partnership with Chatham's product, technology, and business teams. We build with AI, not just about AI. You must be actively using LLM-powered coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, or similar to write, review, and ship code. This isn't optional or nice-to-have. It's how we work. What You'll Do What We're Looking For What We Offer For New York based candidates, the compensation range for the position is expected to be between $100,000 and $140,000 annually. Total compensation, including base pay, discretionary individual bonus and company bonus, may be higher than range listed, depending on applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience.
