Title:
AI Engineer Data Validation and Testing Location:
- Malvern, PA Please find the job description for the AI Data Validation and Testing role below. Responsibilities -
Deterministic Testing & Data Validation:
Validate generative AI tool outputs for structured use cases by reconciling results against trusted data sources and SQL-based metrics. Ensure consistency and auditability by aligning with existing data pipelines and resolving discrepancies with engineering teams. -
Non-Deterministic Testing & Scenario Evaluation:
Design and execute scenario-based testing for complex outputs. Evaluate results based on intent accuracy and reasonableness, identifying patterns in variability to improve reliability and user trust. -
Human-in-the-Loop Review & Continuous Monitoring:
Conduct ongoing reviews of post-launch interactions to ensure quality and identify edge cases. Synthesize insights from live usage to inform governance practices and product enhancements. Qualifications -
Required:
Robust SQL skills and an analytical background in data validation and analytics workflows. Ability to assess outputs both quantitatively and qualitatively, with strong critical thinking skills in ambiguous environments. -
Preferred:
Exposure to AI/ML or generative AI testing frameworks. Experience in scenario-based testing, UAT, or model validation. Familiarity with financial services, retirement, or plan sponsor analytics is a plus.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
