- Full-time, Contract Job Summary We are looking for an AI Application Engineer / Agent Engineer to help design, build, configure, test, and continuously optimize the AI workflows inside our AI-powered creative production platform.
This role is not a traditional algorithm engineer position, nor is it a standard backend engineering role. The ideal candidate will serve as a key bridge between product logic, content production workflows, AI model capabilities, engineering implementation, and business delivery. The core mission of this role is to transform short drama, advertising video, IP content, and marketing content production processes into stable, reusable, measurable, and scalable AI agent workflow systems. Key Responsibilities Design, maintain, and iterate professional prompts across the platform, including system prompts, agent prompts, skill prompts, workflow prompts, multi-turn conversation prompts, retry prompts, output repair prompts, style control prompts, user modification prompts, context compression prompts, and structured output prompts. Translate complex business goals into stable, clear, reusable, and testable prompt templates. Ensure AI outputs meet product requirements in field completeness, logical consistency, content style, and business usability. Continuously improve prompt quality based on testing results, user feedback, and production use cases. Requirements Prompt Design and Optimization Proven experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, or similar platforms. Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C, Bash (Unix shell), and VBA for automation and application development. Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services for deploying scalable AI applications. Expertise in data mining, database design, SQL querying, and ETL processes using Talend or equivalent tools. Knowledge of natural language processing techniques and applications in real-world scenarios. Familiarity with big data technologies including Hadoop and Hadoop ecosystem components like Spark for large-scale data processing. Understanding of unsupervised learning methods and their application in clustering or anomaly detection tasks. Ability to work with diverse datasets such as linked data sources or SAS datasets for comprehensive analysis. Experience with model training workflows from data preprocessing through deployment in production environments. Strong analytical skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving in fast-paced environments. Join us in shaping the future of AI-driven solutions! We are committed to fostering innovation by empowering talented engineers who thrive on solving complex challenges through technology. This role is ideal for passionate individuals eager to make a tangible impact using the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and big data analytics. Agent, Skill, and Workflow Development Break down content production processes into executable agents, skills, and workflow nodes. Design and configure agents and skills for creative expansion, story outline generation, episode breakdowns, character settings, plot summaries, storyboard creation, video prompts, content review, reference video analysis, and brand placement optimization. Clearly define each agent's responsibilities, input requirements, output structure, trigger conditions, context dependencies, failure handling logic, and collaboration with other agents. Build workflows that support the full creative production process from initial idea input to final review and delivery. Requirements Hands-on experience with LLMs and multimodal AI models in real product or business scenarios. Strong professional prompt design ability. Experience building or configuring agents, skills, and AI workflows. Strong understanding of context management, long-form content handling, and multi-turn revision logic. Ability to design structured outputs, JSON schemas, and clear field specifications. Experience with model testing, prompt evaluation, and benchmark design. Understanding of content production workflows, especially short dramas, advertising videos, IP content, and marketing materials. Ability to collaborate with product managers, designers, frontend engineers, backend engineers, and AI-related teams to turn AI capabilities into usable product features. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-moving product environment and continuously improve AI workflow performance.
