The role will focus on requirements gathering, intelligent workflow automation, and improving end-to-end manufacturing operations through AI and digital technologies. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and manufacturing requirements. Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and intelligent workflows . Design scalable process-automation solutions for pharma manufacturing. Optimize workflows to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with business, manufacturing, IT, quality, and compliance teams. Support digital transformation initiatives across regulated environments. Ensure solutions align with GxP, compliance, data integrity, and validation requirements. Translate business needs into technical and automation solutions. Required Skills Experience with AI/ML, process automation, and intelligent workflows . Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis experience. Pharma/biotech manufacturing or other regulated-industry experience. Knowledge of GxP, compliance, validation, and data integrity . Experience with workflow/process optimization and digital transformation. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
