WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this role, you'll help shape the future of intelligent automation and enterprise technology by developing AI driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and support large scale managed services environments. You will work alongside our Automation Engineers to design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms that enhance service offerings, improve automation capabilities, and support scalable enterprise solutions. You'll collaborate cross functionally with engineering, operations, and technology teams to identify opportunities for AI driven improvements and business innovation.
Major duties and responsibilities:
Develop and deploy AI models and algorithms to solve business problems Collaborate with Automation Engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems Analyze and preprocess data to ensure quality and relevance for AI applications Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, including generative AI and machine learning applications, to support business innovation Contribute to the evaluation, testing, and adoption of emerging AI technologies, including generative AI and large language model (LLM) solutions Assist with building scalable AI workflows and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise systems and operational processes Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering reliable and effective AI solutions Document AI processes and maintain comprehensive records of model development and deployment Support AI solutions serving large scale enterprise environments across industries including retail, healthcare, finance, utilities, and energy
WHO YOU ARE
Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 1 to 3 years of experience in AI technology Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit learn Knowledge of data preprocessing techniques and tools Experience working with cloud platforms, APIs, automation tools, or enterprise data environments is a plus Exposure to cloud-based AI tools, enterprise automation platforms, or large language model (LLM) technologies is a plus You're naturally curious, excited by emerging technologies, and motivated to solve complex problems through innovation and collaboration
