Contributors should be able to explain the reasoning behind their assessments, recognize uncertainty when it exists, and apply instructions consistently. What You'll Do Interact directly with AI systems and evaluate their outputs

Review responses for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and instruction-following

Apply project guidelines and evaluation criteria carefully

Identify errors, inconsistencies, or areas where model responses can be improved

Provide clear, structured feedback on AI-generated content

Help organize and structure information used in AI training and evaluation

Explain your observations and reasoning when required

Final rates are determined after reviewing factors such as relevant experience, subject-matter expertise, project requirements, and geographic location. Individual offers may therefore differ from the advertised rate. Contributors participate as independent contractors and are responsible for providing their own secure computer, reliable high-speed internet connection, and suitable working environment. As this is an independent contractor opportunity, traditional employee benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, or other company-sponsored benefits are not provided.
