Description SUMMARY We are seeking an AI Implementation Specialist to help deploy and support business-focused artificial intelligence solutions. This role will work with stakeholders to identify use cases, implement AI tools, optimize workflows, and drive user adoption across the organization.

$90,000 - $110,000 RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Implement AI solutions to improve business processes, productivity, and operational efficiency.

+ Configure and support AI platforms, chatbots, automation tools, and generative AI applications.

+ Gather business requirements and translate them into practical AI use cases.

+ Train end users and departments on AI tools, best practices, and adoption strategies.

+ Monitor AI performance, usage metrics, and opportunities for process improvement. Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

+ 3+ years of experience in technology implementation, business systems, automation, or AI-related projects.

+ Experience deploying generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, ChatBusiness, or similar technologies.

+ Understanding of workflow automation tools and business process optimization.

+ Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders.

+ Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI governance, and responsible AI practices.

+ Ability to troubleshoot application issues and support end-user adoption.
