What You'll Do Design multi-step and multi-agent workflows, deciding what the model, the code, and the humans each handle Connect models to tools and data through APIs, tool calling, MCP, CRMs, email, and databases Write prompts and reusable skills that produce consistent, dependable output Build validation checks, understand how models fail, and keep a human in the loop where it matters Turn vague business needs into precise, testable processes Take workflows from prototype to secure, monitored production, and keep them running What You Bring Hands-on AI orchestration experience and a portfolio of workflows you've shipped Experience with orchestration frameworks like DSPy and bespoke models like JEV Strong written and verbal communication Sound judgment with confidential data

Education:

STEM degree (physics, chemistry, math, computer science, engineering, biology, or similar). Equivalent demonstrated experience is considered.

You are:

self-directed, a fast learner, comfortable with ambiguity, and someone who takes ownership and verifies before trusting Bonus Points DevOps and production engineering: AWS or Azure (deployment, IAM, cost control), CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, monitoring, versioning, and rollback Data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake Security experience: CrowdStrike or similar, secrets management, least-privilege access Experience with open-weight models and multiple AI platforms Laravel experience How We Hire No guessing games.
