Build and improve AI-powered features through measured experiments with prompts, retrieval and tool use. What you'll do:

• Implement AI features and focused experiments against recorded baselines.
• Improve prompts, retrieval and tool connections while enforcing permission boundaries.
• Analyze failures and compare changes on unseen examples.
• Document tested results, regressions and limits before wider rollout.

Skills we're looking for: Applied LLM/agent engineering, experiment design, retrieval/tool integration, error analysis and coding skills backed by measured results.
