Research industries, markets, competitors and emerging AI trends. Build executive briefings, strategy documents and client presentations. Participate in executive workshops and discovery sessions. Translate business challenges into technology-led opportunities. Work alongside engineering teams to understand how enterprise platforms are designed and delivered. Develop perspectives on AI, Digital Transformation, Product Engineering, Cloud, Data and Platform Engineering. Support consulting engagements from strategy through execution. Help prepare business cases, transformation roadmaps and executive recommendations. Build trusted long-term relationships with enterprise clients. Location & Flexibility Work Model:

 Hybrid We believe the best ideas come from a healthy balance of in-person collaboration and focused individual work. This is a hybrid role not a traditional five-day office job. You'll collaborate in person with teammates when it adds value while also having the flexibility to work remotely based on client commitments, project needs and team schedules. We're outcomes-driven, not attendance-driven. Some weeks you may spend more time with clients or teammates in person. Other weeks, you may work primarily from home.

Who We're Looking For We're looking for early-career professionals who have already developed the maturity, confidence and communication skills to engage with senior business and technology leaders. The strongest candidates will typically have 2-6 years of professional experience, having built a solid technical foundation while demonstrating the curiosity and ambition to transition into technology consulting and business leadership. Many successful hires for this role are often in a career stage that aligns with professionals in their mid-to-late twenties and early thirties. You may be an excellent fit if you: Have approximately 2-6 years of professional experience in Software Engineering, AI, Product Engineering, Cloud, Data, Consulting or another technology-focused discipline. Hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or another technical discipline. Enjoy solving business problems just as much as technical problems. Are fascinated by AI and how technology transforms industries. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Have built software, AI projects, hackathons, startups, research projects or meaningful side projects.
