Hours and project duration may vary depending on project requirements and business needs. Location Remote Job Summary In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required—your expertise in French pronunciation, speech coaching, and language instruction is what matters most. Key Responsibilities Deliver personalized voice coaching sessions focused on French pronunciation, diction, and fluency. Design and implement customized exercises to strengthen verbal communication and language skills. Assess learners' needs and progress, adapting coaching techniques to maximize results. Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve confidence, pronunciation, and communication effectiveness. Collaborate with project teams to develop and refine coaching materials and language resources. Stay up to date with best practices in voice coaching, phonetics, and French language instruction. Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions, learner progress, and feedback. Required Skills and Qualifications Native or near-native proficiency in French , with a deep understanding of French phonetics, pronunciation, and culture. Proven experience in voice coaching, speech therapy, language instruction, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on clarity, empathy, and learner engagement. Ability to motivate, coach, and support learners with diverse backgrounds and skill levels. Strong organizational and time management skills while working in a remote environment. Comfortable using virtual collaboration and online coaching tools. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Preferred Qualifications Certification in speech coaching, linguistics, language education, or a related discipline. Experience working with multicultural or international teams. Background in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational content creation.
