Responsibilities Summary :
(Fully Remote/Virtual) The Innovation Technology Fellowship at Frontdoor is a dynamic, temporary full-time program designed for recent college graduates eager to tackle real-world technology challenges. This up to 12-month hybrid opportunity in Scottsdale, AZ, enables participants to actively contribute to projects that shape customer experiences and drive technological advancement. Fellows rotate through projects in artificial intelligence, data platforms, and customer experience innovation, working side-by-side with seasoned professionals to build skills and make a tangible impact.Responsibilities:
Build and deploy AI agents that enhance customer-facing experiences. Contribute to the development and maintenance of master data management systems supporting business operations. Prototype and test emerging technologies, assessing their applicability within the organization. Support AI model development, including fine-tuning and evaluation workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, design, and deliver innovative technology solutions. Document systems, processes, and findings to promote ongoing knowledge sharing and organizational learning. May assume other duties as assigned.Qualifications Required Skills:
Strong passion for technology and innovation. Curiosity and willingness to learn rapidly across various technology domains. Demonstrated interest or experience in artificial intelligence, software development, or data systems. Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and adapting to evolving project needs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.Additional Information:

Temporary full-time employee. High-performing Fellows may be considered for full-time roles at Frontdoor after completion of the program.Physical Role Requirements :
Be seated at a computer intermittently for up to eight hours a day. Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects. Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers and phones. Repetitive motions using hands and digits; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment. Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirements: Bachelor's degree earned within the past 12 months required, ideally in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant coursework or project experience in artificial intelligence, software development, or data systems is highly desirable.
