Job Description:

Lead the build of a new 0-to-1 digital product from discovery and prototyping through launch and iteration. Partner closely with Product, Design, SMEs, and stakeholders to determine what should be built and how to build it. Own development end-to-end across backend, frontend, data, and AWS infrastructure. Build scalable applications using TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS. Help incorporate AI capabilities directly into the product and leverage AI-assisted development tools. Operate in a highly collaborative, startup-style environment while remaining hands-on with development.

Requirements:

5 years of software engineering experience with Senior/Lead-level ownership. Strong 0-to-1 product development experience and a product-first mindset. Strong backend engineering and data/information architecture experience. Experience with TypeScript/Node.js, React, and AWS. Experience deploying and scaling production applications. Strong business acumen with experience working directly with Product, Design, customers, or business stakeholders. Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot. Startup, greenfield, or founding-engineer-style experience preferred. Bachelor's degree required.
