Non-negotiables:

• Must be a true Release Train Engineer, with experience leading 10+ Agile delivery teams.
• Must have expert-level experience with

JIRA/JQL

• Must have experience in PI Planning execution, system demos, inspect & adapt, ART syncs, ART readiness, quarterly reviews, dependency and risk management, creating RAID logs, and driving alignment between business and technology
• Must have experience leading complex initiatives within an enterprise environment and managing cross-team dependencies

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of professional experience leading Agile software engineering teams
• Hands-on experience as a Release Train Engineer, with responsibilities including PI Planning, ART Readiness, Dependency Coordination, and Quarterly Reviews
• Expertise in

JIRA & JQL

• Knowledge of SDLC
• should be able to understand technical dialogue and relay it back to the business
• Experience with Risk, Dependency, and Release Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are non-negotiable
