Insight Global Keyword Location Search view all jobs Remote Senior GenAI Engineer Newtown, PA Posted yesterday Apply Now Job Description We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join a highly visible AI initiative that will transform how service coordinators create member documentation and state-required narratives. The team is building a Generative AI solution that reviews historical member data and previously submitted documentation to generate intelligent progress note and narrative recommendations. Rather than starting from scratch, service coordinators will be able to review, edit, and submit AI-generated content within a new platform, helping improve efficiency, consistency, and documentation quality. This is not a proof-of-concept or research project. The organization is actively moving toward production deployment and is looking for a hands-on Senior AI Engineer to help build, deploy, and support a real-world AI solution that will be used across the business. What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy production-ready Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build AI-powered workflows that generate service coordinator narratives and progress notes from historical healthcare data.
• Develop scalable applications using Python, Spark, SQL, and Databricks.
• Integrate LLM outputs into enterprise platforms and business workflows.
• Collaborate with product leaders, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-first solutions.
• Optimize prompts, model performance, and application reliability.
• Support deployment activities and post-production enhancements following launch. Skills and Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
• Strong programming experience with Python.
• Experience working with Spark and distributed data processing.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and data-driven application development.
• Experience deploying AI models and applications into production environments.
• Experience working within Databricks environments.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with Llama or other modern foundation models.
• Experience building and deploying AI products from concept through production.
• Experience within healthcare payer, managed care, LTSS (Long-Term Services and Supports), or care management environments.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise business applications and data platforms.
