Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, product, operations) to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and integrate models into existing platforms. Design and implement machine learning models (e.g., natural language processing, deep learning, Generative AI) and statistical analyses to extract insights from large, complex datasets. Develop predictive and forecasting algorithms to support decision-making, optimize processes, and drive operational or financial growth. Develop scalable data workflows leveraging SQL, Spark, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for ETL, feature engineering, and real-time analytics. Manage AI/ML workflows using tools like Jira, GitHub to maintain code repositories, streamline data pipelines, and ensure version control. Evaluate and refine model performance through rigorous testing, statistical validation, and iterative improvements to enhance accuracy and scalability. Research emerging trends in AI/ML and apply innovative techniques (e.g., advanced statistical methods, Generative AI, big data technologies) to solve core business problems. Optimize code and infrastructure for AI model reliability, efficiency, and maintainability, adhering to best practices in documentation and deployment. Mentor junior team members by providing technical guidance, reviewing codebases, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Telecommuting permitted anywhere in the U.S. 25% domestic travel, occasional international travel expected.

Salary:
