1. Hierarch Soft Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist (GenAI & Utilities) for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our clients in Corpus Christi, TX. This position will focus on building a specialized AI task force to leverage generative AI for operational excellence, including infrastructure maintenance, grid optimization, and enhanced customer support. Job Summary Seeking a Senior Data Scientist with strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG systems to develop AI solutions for utility operations, infrastructure maintenance, grid optimization, and customer support. Key Responsibilities Build and optimize RAG pipelines using LLMs. Fine-tune and evaluate models such as GPT-4 and Llama. Integrate vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, and Weaviate. Process technical manuals, maintenance logs, SCADA alerts, and other unstructured data. Deploy AI solutions on Azure or AWS. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams. Required Skills 10+ years of Data Science/Machine Learning experience. At least 1 year of hands-on GenAI/LLM experience. Strong Python and SQL skills. Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, LangChain, and LlamaIndex. Hands-on experience with RAG, vector embeddings, semantic search, and prompt engineering.
