  • Supply Chain AI & Data Analytics. This is a hybrid role based in Raritan .Titusville, NJ. Sr. Manager
  • AI Products & Platforms responsible for leading and delivering AI solutions and platforms across multiple AI Technology Products/capabilities including ML/Data Science, GenAI and Agents.
The role supervises the design, development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management of enterprise technology solutions including end-user applications, systems software, mobile and web applications, databases, and AI-enabled platforms. This position acts as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders, supply chain functions, enterprise AI leadership, and technology teams to ensure technology solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business outcomes. This role will also be a Technology Product Owner of and integrated AI platform for Innovative Medicine Supply Chain. Major Duties & Responsibilities Build, develop, test, and manage enterprise technology products and platforms including end-user applications, systems software, web applications, and AI solutions. This role will closely work with and align with Business, IMT SC Data and IMT Architecture teams to ensure capability roadmaps integrate between Data which is AI ready and consumable AI Service Lead requirements analysis and high-level solution design by translating internal and external customer needs into scalable and secure software solutions. Define and govern application and platform architecture by analyzing software requirements, constraints, interfaces, and dependencies. Oversee software development activities including programming, scripting, configuration, and database development using appropriate technologies and frameworks. Plan, execute, and govern software testing activities, including automated and manual testing, analysis of test results, and tracking and reporting of technology and delivery risks. Ensure secure, compliant, and high-quality deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of applications by addressing defects, scope changes, and evolving business needs. Collaborate with enterprise AI, data, and supply chain leaders to integrate AI and advanced analytics capabilities into technology products. Manage portfolios, budgets, and resources across multiple Technology Product & Platform Management families, ensuring delivery of measurable business value. Establish and enforce technology governance, development standards, and lifecycle management practices aligned with regulatory, security, and ethical requirements. Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing multidisciplinary technology and product teams, fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered. 15+ years of dynamic experience in technology, software engineering, or digital product management roles. 10+ years of people and technology leadership experience leading complex, multi-functional teams. Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise applications, platforms, and AI‑enabled solutions in regulated or complex environments.
