Job Description
Job Description We are seeking an AI Copilot Studio Consultant to help drive enterprise adoption of AI tools, specifically within the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem. This individual will play a critical role in enabling business units to build and scale their own AI-driven solutions using Copilot Studio and applied AI technologies. This is not a traditional model development role. Instead, the focus is on bridging business use cases with AI capabilities, empowering teams to design, build, and deploy AI agents while embedding best practices and long-term sustainability. The ideal candidate is both a builder and a teacher—someone who can "sew together" business needs with technical tools while actively guiding stakeholders through hands-on AI solution development. Key Responsibilities Partner directly with business units to identify and define AI use cases and business value Leverage Microsoft Copilot Studio and enterprise Copilot tools to design and build AI agents Act as an AI evangelist, promoting adoption and education across the organization Facilitate hands-on sessions where teams learn by building their own AI solutions Translate business problems into practical, scalable AI-enabled workflows Guide stakeholders through end-to-end agent creation within Copilot Studio (not just model development) Provide ongoing support to ensure teams are confident and capable of independently building AI solutions Collaborate within a small, high-impact team to drive enterprise AI initiatives We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
