Job Description
Mindful Tech Solutions is looking for a motivated AI Engineer to join our team in Knoxville, TN. This is an onsite role where you'll work on real-world AI, Generative AI, and full-stack software projects that help build innovative business solutions. We're looking for someone who enjoys coding, solving complex problems, and learning new technologies in a fast-paced startup environment. What You'll Do Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications. Build and integrate AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. Develop Azure Cloud-based full-stack applications. Work with APIs, databases, backend services, and frontend technologies. Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and similar coding assistants. Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve application performance. Research and prototype emerging AI technologies. Collaborate with team members to turn ideas into production-ready software. Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver quality work on time. Required Qualifications Strong programming skills with Python. Understanding of AI/ML or Generative AI concepts. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cloud. Experience working with REST APIs, databases, Git, and GitHub. Basic understanding of full-stack application development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI development tools. Experience building cloud-based applications. Personal projects, GitHub repositories, or AI-related portfolio work.
