Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and intellectually curious AI Software Enablement Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, business operations, and corporate strategy. The intern will support the development and delivery of AI training programs across the organization while conducting research into emerging AI tools and methodologies
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of AI training programs for portfolio staff across multiple departments Conduct research on emerging AI tools, platforms, and methodologies to evaluate their business applications Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning events Collaborate with senior team members to design and build AI curriculum tailored to organizational needs Develop training materials, documentation, and resources for AI learning initiatives Participate in cross-functional projects that demonstrate AI applications across departments Provide technical support and guidance to staff members implementing AI tools in their workflows Learning Opportunities & Benefits Hands-On AI Experience Gain practical, real-world experience with the latest artificial intelligence techniques, tools, and platforms. Work on actual business problems and see the direct impact of AI implementation across the organization Cross-Functional Business Insight Obtain valuable exposure to corporate operations across multiple business units, including Finance, Marketing, and Research & Development. Develop a comprehensive understanding of how different departments leverage AI to solve business challenges and drive strategic initiatives. Mentorship & Professional Development Work closely with experienced professionals in the AI and software enablement field. Receive guidance and mentorship as you develop your technical and business acumen. Flexible Schedule Enjoy flexible working hours accommodating your academic schedule, with options ranging from 20-40 hours per week based on your availability and project needs. Required Qualifications Currently enrolled as a full-time college or university student Strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or emerging technologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work independently Strong organizational and project management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with or knowledge of AI/machine learning tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) Background in computer science, data science, business, or related field Previous internship or work experience in technology or business roles Familiarity with business processes in finance, marketing, or research environments What We're Looking For We seek a collaborative and curious individual who is passionate about AI and its potential to transform business operations.
