Spring, Houston, TX (Onsite ) Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Engineer with 10-15 years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in Palantir Foundry, Ontology, and the Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP). The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, outcome-focused data and AI solutions. This role requires a collaborative mindset, strong ownership, and a consistent focus on execution and results. Mandatory Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry. Expertise in Palantir Ontology. Experience with Palantir AIP (Artificial Intelligence Platform). Strong background in data engineering and data integration. Ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate requirements into effective technical solutions. Customer-Requested Soft Skills Collaborative mindset and strong teamwork. Design, develop, and implement data solutions across the Palantir ecosystem. Use Foundry Ontology and AIP capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes. Drive end-to-end execution with a strong focus on quality and timely delivery. Support data modelling, pipeline development, analytics, and AI-driven use cases.
