This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can move fast, think strategically, and execute across modern software engineering, AI-assisted development, automation systems, cloud infrastructure, security, and scalable product architecture. We are looking for a technical operator and builder — someone who understands both startup velocity and production-grade engineering discipline. The ideal candidate is deeply comfortable using modern AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Windsurf, or similar systems to accelerate development while still maintaining strong engineering standards, testing practices, security awareness, and architectural thinking. This role will directly influence the future of PREIshare, The Listing Hub, QCRE, internal automation systems, investor technology products, and future AI initiatives across the company. Key Responsibilities Lead development and architecture across PREIshare and The Listing Hub platforms. Build and maintain scalable web applications, internal tools, dashboards, workflows, and automation systems. Develop and improve AI-assisted workflows, agent systems, integrations, and automation infrastructure. Work across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, authentication, deployment pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. Improve platform speed, UX/UI quality, reliability, scalability, and operational stability. Build and maintain mobile-responsive web applications and future mobile app infrastructure. Design secure systems for user authentication, permissions, sponsor verification, payments, messaging, and data protection. Collaborate directly with leadership on product roadmap, feature prioritization, architecture decisions, and technical strategy. Use AI coding tools to rapidly prototype, test, iterate, and ship production-ready systems. Review and improve existing codebases for security, performance, maintainability, and scalability. Help manage outside developers, contractors, AI agents, or future internal engineering teams. Build documentation, SOPs, and engineering standards that support long-term scalability. Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, DNS, API, OAuth, database, and DevOps-related issues. Required Qualifications Senior-level software engineering experience with modern web technologies and scalable systems. Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript ecosystems. Experience building production-grade applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, Supabase, PostgreSQL, or similar technologies. Strong understanding of APIs, databases, authentication systems, deployment pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Windsurf, or similar platforms. Ability to work independently and turn broad business objectives into shipped technical solutions. Strong debugging, architectural thinking, and systems-level problem-solving skills. Comfortable moving quickly while still maintaining engineering discipline and security awareness. Strong communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, OAuth systems, GitHub workflows, CI/CD, or automation platforms. Experience with AI agents, prompt engineering, workflow automation, MCPs, agent orchestration, or coding copilots. Experience with React Native, Expo, Python, serverless infrastructure, or edge functions. Experience with CRM systems, GoHighLevel integrations, Slack automations, or marketing technology systems. Experience in fintech, proptech, marketplaces, SaaS platforms, or regulated industries. Experience managing developers, contractors, or technical project teams. Interest in AI-native software development workflows and modern startup execution. You understand how to use AI to dramatically accelerate development, but you also understand that great software still requires engineering judgment, testing, structure, maintainability, and security.
