Tanner is seeking an AI Enablement Manager to lead our AI Enablement team and partner closely with leaders across the organization to drive meaningful improvements through AI and automation. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology—helping teams rethink how work gets done and turning opportunities into practical, scalable solutions. The AI Enablement Manager focuses on understanding business challenges, identifying opportunities for automation and AI, and guiding teams from idea to adoption. Success in this role is measured by strong business partnerships, tangible process improvements, and responsible, well-adopted use of AI capabilities across the company. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support the AI Enablement team, setting clear priorities and ensuring work is aligned to business outcomes. Partner with business leaders and teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI adoption. Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for AI enablement initiatives across the organization. Facilitate discovery discussions to understand current workflows and define future-state solutions using AI, automation, and low-code tools. Manage the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of AI and automation requests in alignment with organizational strategy and capacity. Ensure AI solutions are implemented responsibly, securely, and in alignment with enterprise standards and governance. Collaborate with IT partners, including architecture, security, and data teams, to deliver scalable and supportable solutions. Track, measure, and communicate the impact of AI and automation efforts, including efficiency gains and business value. Support change management and adoption by helping teams understand and effectively use new AI-enabled capabilities. Contribute to the AI enablement roadmap, including tooling strategy, best practices, and capability development. Manage relationships with vendors and partners related to AI and automation technologies as needed. Maintain clear documentation, standards, and playbooks to support repeatable and scalable AI enablement. Required Skills and Experience Experience leading or managing teams focused on technology enablement, automation, digital transformation, or process improvement. Practical understanding of AI concepts, automation platforms, and low-code/no-code tools, with the ability to guide and evaluate solutions. Strong ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, listen to challenges, and translate needs into effective technical approaches. Demonstrated process improvement mindset with experience analyzing and improving workflows. Experience coordinating cross-functional efforts involving IT, business teams, and external partners. Clear, confident communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proven ability to prioritize work, manage ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-changing environment. Familiarity with responsible AI principles, data privacy, and security considerations. Education and Certifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Certifications or training in AI, automation, process improvement, cloud platforms, or technology enablement are a plus.
