Position SummaryECS Federal is seeking a motivated recent college graduate to join our Contracts, Procurement and Pricing team as an AIBusinessIntegration Intern. This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge business operations with emerging artificial intelligence technologies. Thesuccessful prospectiveintern willbe able to understand the nexus of business and computer science and willcollaborate with team members toidentifyopportunities for incorporating AI solutions into daily workflows and partner with the Business Systems team to document requirements and explore innovative possibilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze current Contracts, Procurement and Pricing processes toidentifyopportunities for AI integration and automationCollaborate with team members to understand pain points and workflow inefficiencies that AI solutions could addressPartner with the Business Systems team to document functional requirements for potential AI implementationsResearch and present "art of the possible" conceptsdemonstratinghow AI could enhance departmental operationsSupport the development of business cases for AI-driven process improvementsAssistwith preparing data and conducting preliminary analysis for AI/ML initiativesParticipate in cross-functional meetings to gather input and share findingsCreate presentations and documentation summarizing recommendations

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field (recent graduate)Coursework in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, or related AI applications

Skills & Knowledge:

Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical business applicationsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiencyin Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiencesSelf-starter with ability to work both independently and collaboratively
