We are looking for a mid-level Biostatistician with an M.S. in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field who enjoys both statistical analysis and hands-on SAS programming. This role offers the opportunity to serve as a lead statistician on studies, write Statistical Analysis Plans and reports, perform analyses and reporting for clinical trials, mentor junior team members, and work directly with clients and cross-functional clinical teams.
Ideal candidates will have:
3-7 years of biostatistics experience in clinical research, CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical environments. Strong SAS programming skills, including tables, listings, figures, macros, PROC SQL, and statistical analyses. Experience supporting clinical trials and contributing to SAPs, statistical reports, and regulatory-quality deliverables. Knowledge of statistical methods such as logistic regression, repeated measures analyses, and survival analysis. Strong communication skills and an interest in increased study ownership and client interaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a statistician who wants to move beyond pure execution and gain study leadership experience while remaining technically hands-on with statistics and SAS programming. The role provides direct visibility with clients, exposure to clinical development programs, and a clear path toward Senior Biostatistician and statistical leadership roles.
Screening focus:
Clinical trial biostatistics experience, SAS programming depth, SAP/report-writing experience, ability to independently support studies, and desire for increased responsibility and client interaction.
