Friday Job Description:
Duties/Responsibilities Provide statistical support for grant, and analysis to work as a member of the Research Department at Scottish Rite for Children Under the direction of the Statistician Sr., support clinical and basic science research; including contribution to the study design, sample size determination, generation of data analysis plans and statistical analyses Interact daily with other laboratory staff and supervisor Required Skills/Abilities Master's degree in computer science, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or Statistics required Strong data management and statistical computing skills including SAS and/or R programming skills Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or programming Understanding of study design, evaluation research, and statistics Strong analytical and organizational skills; must be detail-oriented Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to take initiative and work both independently as well as part of a team Demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent activities with good prioritization and follow through and to maintain project timelines
