Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Exciting opportunities await for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) eager to make an impact in an educational setting! As a part-time BCBA, you'll play a vital role in empowering students and staff throughout the 2026-2027 school year. This contract position is designed for professionals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about shaping positive behavioral outcomes. In this role, you'll contribute approximately 20-25 hours per week, supporting students' success while maintaining flexibility within your schedule for work-life balance. Your expertise will directly influence both students' growth and the professional development of support staff.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Strong knowledge and practical skills in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans Proficiency in supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and/or behavior aides Exceptional communication and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Supervise, train, and support in-district RBTs and behavior aides Collect and analyze behavioral data, using findings to adapt strategies for student success Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with educational staff on best practices in behavioral support Maintain clear and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines This fulfilling contract gives you the chance to make meaningful connections, foster positive change, and support the professional growth of your colleagues—all with the flexibility of a part-time schedule.
