- Configure and support Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) to streamline consolidation, eliminations, roll-forwards, and financial statement reporting
- Use Oracle Narrative Reporting to draft, manage, review, and publish Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) narratives, Management's Discussion and Analysis (MD&A), footnotes, and supporting schedules
- Partner with county finance, accounting, treasury, and external audit stakeholders to gather data, validate balances, and resolve reporting exceptions
- Map source data to ACFR presentation requirements and maintain report structures, templates, and workflow configurations
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities tied to ACFR reporting deadlines
- Document accounting policies, reporting assumptions, reconciliation logic, audit support materials, and process improvements A successful candidate would possess these skills:
