Garden Grove, California - Onsite About the role We are seeking an experienced Techno/Functional NetSuite ERP Consultant to join our manufacturing operations team onsite in Garden Grove, California. In this role you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams translating operational requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions while also rolling up your sleeves to configure, customize, and maintain the platform. You will play a central role in optimizing our ERP environment with a focus on Finance and Inventory management, driving continuous improvement across our production and supply chain operations. Required qualifications 4 5 years of hands-on NetSuite ERP experience in a manufacturing environment, in a techno/functional or functional analyst capacity . Demonstrated experience with NetSuite Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Multi-Book/Multi-Currency) and Inventory/Supply Chain modules (Inventory Management, Assemblies, BOM, Work Orders, Demand Planning). Proficiency in SuiteScript 2.x (JavaScript), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk (web services), and CSV import/export. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business processes into technical specifications. Experience with full-cycle NetSuite implementations or major module rollouts, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders. Must be able to work fully onsite at our Garden Grove, CA facility. This position is not eligible for remote or hybrid arrangements.
